The Bel Azur  Palace apartment is situated in a former bourgeois mansion built in 1853 by the Englishmen who made the French Riviera. Its famous construction is closely linked to the birth of the French Riviera. It was restored in 2004 to give it’its former  charm with today’s comfort.

You will have a pleasant vacation there in the heart of Cannes in a warm, friendly neighbourhood. The apartment, with a parking lot, is very comfortable with a balneo bathtub so relax you by the water massage. The decoration of the living-room combines contemporary taste (2 couches and a méridienne in red leather) and the warmth of exotic wood.  The bathroom decoration associates glass and wood.

200 m from the beach by a private path, (which is a privilege) and from the old Port. It is the ideal place to visit the town on foot, and you can let the children go alone to the beach.

Some people have come to stay during the International Film Festival, the MIPIM, the MIPCOM, the MIPTV, or others just to relax, but all have been charmed by the style of the building and the decoration. The telephone line is active for an Internet connection with your computer.
